FAQs – Delphi UIs

I have participated in Delphi-HPE, and I have registered for an account in the previous study. Do I need to re-register?

A re-registration is not required. If your profile exists in our database and you have received an invitation code to contribute, your encrypted profile would be linked to the present study.

How and when are my responses encrypted?

The instant you press the ‘Submit’ button, a window appears confirming that your responses have been successfully submitted.

I have entered my password and username, but I can’t login. Why?

Please ensure that your CapsLock key is not active and verify that your keyboard layout (English, French, German, etc.) matches the one used during registration. If the issue persists, proceed to reset your password or retrieve your username. If the same issue were to occur in consecutive times, please notify us immediately.

How do I receive the invitation code to join Delphi-HPE study?

Our invitation code corresponds directly with the research study group. The principal investigators are in charge of email initiatives.

I have received invitations to join two Delphi-HPE projects. Can I participate in both projects?

Certainly, you may accept both invitations. To complete the Delphi Questionnaires, please enter the specific project invitation code upon login.

I can’t remember any of my login credentials, and I am not sure which email address I have used to register. However, I have a copy of my 15-keygen verse. Is there a way to retrieve my registered information?

No administrator or employee at Keras360: The Waterhouse will ask you in person or through any form of communication for your 15-keygen code. This unique 15-keygen is exclusively assigned to each registered account and must not be shared with anyone, including Keras360 employees. If you cannot remember your email address, you may need to create a new account.

I think I have entered the wrong email address. I would like to change my email address. How do I do it?

Currently, we do not permit modifications to the email address provided during registration. If you believe you have registered with an incorrect email address, please contact us without delay and furnish the following details: your invitation code, username, and the email address you used at the time of registration. We will then assist you with the required procedures to set up a new account.

I received an email from Keras360 requesting for my 15-keygen verse.

Keras360 and The Waterhouse do not send emails to clients or Delphi HPE users requesting their 15-keygen verse. Such emails are likely phishing attempts. Please report them to us and the PIs of the research study.

I have misplaced my 15-keygen verse. Is there a way to retrieve a new set?

Due to security protocols, the unique 15-keygen verse tied to each registered account cannot be reset. Should you require the use of your 15-keygen verse, a new account creation is necessary. Please inform us about your previous account to update our Delphi-HPE database accordingly.

How do I get my credits for contributing to Delphi-HPE?

Many of our Delphi-HPE projects provide tokens of appreciation to our experts. Depending on the country and research ethics, they may receive monetary credit or vouchers for their time and expertise. This piece of information is provided at the beginning of the research study. An update on the total amount available for withdrawal will be provided at the end of each study.

I would like to donate my credits earned from Delphi-HPE to a charity. Are there any options that Keras360 could offer?

We are exploring that possibility.
