The concept of Delphi workflow is fundamentally straightforward, involving the identification of the problem to be addressed, an evaluation of existing solutions, and, if necessary, the exploration of remedies to improve the situation. As part of the data collection process, registered participants are required to provide responses, each of which generates a sentiment score. Subsequently, feedback is generated for the project moderator, who facilitates a series of questions directed at the participants to gauge their level of agreement with the votes or suggestions put forth by others. This iterative exchange ultimately leads to a consensus regarding the resolution of the problem or the implementation of a specific workflow. Workflows may involve the use of a combination of diagnostic devices, the adoption of a new medical regimen, or the identification of tools for the establishment of a disease registry. This process is more formally recognized as the Delphi method.
Why is Natural Lauguage Processing (NLP) involved in the making?
Despite the prevalent enthusiasm surrounding large language models in prompt-based discussions, natural language processing (NLP) is particularly effective in generating a representative numerical value that indicates the extent to which a statement, paragraph, or even essay aligns with a given suggestion. The use of Delphi-NLP is warranted only when one is contemplating the inclusion of open-ended questions during the rounds of the Delphi method.

Furthermore, all responses are both encrypted and anonymized, with decryption facilitated through our customized 09-tailed fox decrypter.

Q1: I am a participant, do I need to know anything about the fox decrypter?
A1: As a participant, it is likely that you will not engage in the analysis of the collected data. You may possess an interest in understanding the functionality of the decrypter and whether it serves as a legitimate calculator for tabulating NLP sentiment scores and the associated automation protocols. Q2: Being the PI, I do not like the visual presentation of certain buttons.
A2: The user interface features a floating theme customizer that can be seamlessly integrated; refer to Video 1 & Submissions: Video 3. This floating theme customizer allows for real-time interaction with the end-user. A variety of formats and colors are available for selection, and we are confident that one of the designs will align with your or your users’ preferences. However, some PIs may find the floating feature somewhat distracting and may prefer a standard dark mode for their participants, which we implement in its design blueprint.

Q3. I am out of time, can I pause the session to complete the forms?
A3. Yes, however, there is a possibility that you may be logged out due to prolonged inactivity on the server. We strongly encourage you to submit each form upon its completion, and you may proceed to the next form whenever you are prepared to do so.
